Drivetrain options

The Kia EV6 offers a choice of three drivetrains: rear-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, and GT all-wheel drive. Choose the former to enjoy the most extensive range (528km), or opt for the all-wheel drive variant for extra capability off-road. This model also has a towing capacity of 1,600kg, meaning it’s ready for any adventure. The GT all-wheel drive option is the most powerful, achieving 0-62mph in just 3.5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 259km/h.

Sustainably made

Sustainability is at the heart of the EV6, which is why even the interior elements have been carefully crafted from recycled PET plastics. The door pockets, carpets and seats – which recline to enable you to relax in comfort – all make use of sustainable materials, and drivers of the ‘Air’ trim can even opt for vegan leather upholstery. be simpler. With single speed transmission delivering rotational force to the front wheels, there’s no need to worry about gear changes. Plus, the left side steering wheel paddle can be pressed and held while the Niro EV is coasting, enabling you to decelerate and come to a complete stop. The only foot pedal you need is for the accelerator.

Ultra-fast charging

When the road calls, you’ll want to know you can get to your destination with minimal downtime. That’s why the Kia EV6 comes equipped with an 800V high-speed ultra-charging system, enabling you to top up the battery from 10-80% in just 18 minutes. Need to get going more quickly? Replenish 100km of range in just 4.5 minutes.

Unlike any other model on the road, this contemporary crossover grabs the attention thanks to its clean contours, curved hood, and smooth surfaces. In profile, the tapering roofline and rear spoiler create an aerodynamic shape, while bold, bi-tone 19-inch alloy wheels make a strong statement. Distinctive LED headlights utilise adaptive high-beam technology to ensure you enjoy optimum illumination without dazzling other drivers, and the rear light bar, which connects the wheel arches, brings a sporty element to the aesthetic. Even the door handles lay flush to the body, helping to improve efficiency while the car is in motion.

Powered by a 77.4kWh battery, the crossover delivers remarkable performance, with the drivetrain options completing the 0-100km/h sprint in between 3.5 and 7.3 seconds. Top speeds range from 1834km/h to 259km/h depending on the variant you choose, and all can cover impressive distances on a single charge – from 405km to 528km.
