Discover the new Kia Stinger Entry-level 200S grades ride on 18-inch alloy wheels that not only add extra style to the vehicle’s flanks but deliver enhanced efficiency and performance. Really, from any angle, the Kia Stinger is an eye-catching car. For instance, the rear is fitted with LED lights as standard, and features smart-looking, chrome-coated, quad-exhaust pipes. Access to the rear passenger compartment is made easy by the car’s four-door body. Inside, there’s room for five – and a 406-litre boot that offers plenty of flexibility thanks to 60/40 split-folding rear seats.

Quick off the mark The Stinger is installed with a 2.0-litre 182kW engine as standard, producing 353Nm of torque and 0-100km/h in approximately six seconds. Delivering optimal power and pace is a 3.4-litre 272kW unit, which is featured with 330S grades and higher. This twin-turbo V6 unit puts out a peak torque of 510Nm, allowing the car to go from 0-100km/h in approximately five seconds.

Safe as well as fast The Kia Stinger might be a high-acceleration sports saloon, but it’s also very safe. In fact, the vehicle comes with ANCAP’s maximum five-star crash-test rating. It’s also loaded with passive and active safety features. Take Lane Keeping Assist, as an example. This handy piece of tech alerts the driver should the car begin to deviate from its intended lane. At the same time, it gently steers the Stinger back on course.

Soundtrack each journey A six-speaker audio system is included as standard with 200S and 330S trims, while a Harman Kardon 15-speaker sound system is a hallmark of GT-Line and GT iterations. All models get DAB digital radio, which offers a wide range of stations in pin-sharp sound quality. The Stinger’s many infotainment features can easily be operated with steering wheel-mounted controls – or by accessing the car’s minimum-size seven-inch touchscreen.
